Chit Fund Services
Our chit fund services are provided in accordance with RBI guidelines and applicable laws. All chit fund schemes are subject to terms and conditions specific to each scheme. Members must comply with payment schedules and other obligations as per their chosen plan.
Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for providing accurate information, making timely payments, and complying with all terms of their chit fund agreement. Failure to make payments may result in penalties or termination of membership as per the agreement terms.
Limitation of Liability
SREE SRM CHITS (P) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as specified in individual chit fund agreements.
Additional Terms
- •All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu
- •We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- •Members must maintain confidentiality of their account information
- •All transactions are subject to RBI regulations and guidelines
